One of the world?s most explosive heavyweights Joey Minnesota Ice Abell (26-4, 25 KOs) returns to the ring on July 17th at the St Paul Armory in St Paul, MN. Abell will be facing Arron Lyons (11-8, 8 KOs) in a long awaited rematch of a fight that took place in back 2006 at the Legendary Blue Horizon in Philadelphia. On that night Lyons scored a controversial TKO victory over Abell and handed Joey the first loss of his professional career. This is a fight I have wanted since it happened. There was a lot of trash talking from the Lyon?s camp after the fight was stopped prematurely and it?s now time for me to shut their mouths! -said Joey Abell. ?We are about to see the real potential of Mr. Abell.
